He previously managed a $129M renewable energy project and has collaborated with NASA and the U.S. Department of Energy on advanced technology programs. At GTL, Roy drives the company’s vision of combining applied science with bankable project delivery.

Mike is a process engineering and execution specialist with a track record in high-stakes laboratory and infrastructure projects. He led the construction of a U.S. biocontainment lab for infectious disease, bringing expertise in technical design and operational excellence. At GTL, he ensures that innovation moves seamlessly from concept to construction.

With more than 25 years in global finance, Joe has structured and closed multi-billion-dollar IPP and infrastructure projects. He is responsible for ensuring GTL’s projects meet lender and investor requirements, mobilizing capital through Afriterra International, Trussfin, and institutional partners.

Julio is a seasoned senior executive with over 25 years of experience in leading and transforming private companies across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, energy, and technology. His extensive international business and management experience includes securing strategic relationships with major medical supply companies and overseeing international sales, strategic planning, and product development.
